Support that ships

Your users report it. Supportopus gets it shipped.

Turn customer feedback into grouped issues, tested fixes, and feature pull requests. Your developers stay in control without living in the support queue. The agent runs on infrastructure you own, and nothing merges until someone on your team says yes.

Three of five founding design-partner seats are still open.

A coral octopus gathers customer support tickets, prepares and merges a tested pull request, and updates an iPhone and desktop app from version 1.0 to 1.1. The octopus follows each task with its eyes, then sends the improved apps back to the customers. Their neutral expressions turn into smiles, with hearts replacing their tickets.

One queue. No support spiral.

Hear it once

Duplicate reports become one issue, so you can see which problems hurt the most people.

Fix it without the detour

Pick what to fix and a reviewed pull request comes back. No digging through tickets first.

Nobody left wondering

When a fix ships, everyone who reported the problem hears about it.

Developers decide what ships.

  • You start every fix
  • You approve every merge
  • Every decision logged

From complaint to merged fix

Most support tools stop at the reply. Supportopus keeps going until the fix ships.

  1. Every report in one place

Customers write from your website, your iOS or Android app, email or TestFlight. The AI answers what your help articles already cover and sorts the rest into issues.

  2. You pick, the agent builds

Choose the issues worth fixing. A coding agent builds the change on your own Mac, and AI reviewers check it before you look.

  3. Merge it, and they hear

Merge when you're happy with it. The customers who reported the problem are told it's fixed, right where they asked.

You stay in control

Letting AI near your customers and your code is a big step. Supportopus lets you take it at your own pace.

  • Your code stays on your machine

The coding agent works on a Mac you own, signed in with your own AI account. We never host your source.

  • People make the big calls

A person starts every fix and approves every merge. Nothing a customer writes can change that.

  • The AI earns its freedom

It starts by watching, and you decide how much it handles alone. Refunds, account changes and legal questions always go to a person.

Who this is for

  • You're a solopreneur, solo founder, or the founder or CTO of a small product team, and you're also the support queue.
  • Real users report real problems with your web or mobile app.
  • Your code is on GitHub, and you have a Mac that can stay on.
  • You want fixes shipped, and you still want the final say.

Who it isn't for, yet

  • Teams who want to keep Intercom or Zendesk running alongside it.
  • Teams with no Mac to run the agent on.
  • Large support teams that run on SLAs.
  • Anyone who wants code merged with nobody looking.

Frequently asked questions

Does Supportopus replace my current support tool?

Yes. It's your support desk, with chat, email and in-app support built in. Bringing in reports from tools like Intercom is on the roadmap.

Does an AI talk to my customers?

Only as much as you allow. It starts by watching, and once you let it, it answers only from your own help articles. Money, accounts and legal questions always go to a person.

Where does my code go?

Nowhere new. Claude Code does the work on a Mac you own, signed in with your own account. We never host your source.

What does "tested" mean?

The agent can run your tests while it works, your usual checks run on the pull request, and AI reviewers read the change before you do. It never means auto-merge. You decide what ships.

What does it cost?

There's no public pricing yet. Our five founding design partners will shape it with us. That's part of the deal.

Three of five seats are still open

We're looking for teams with a real app, real users and a Mac they can leave running. Use Supportopus every day and tell us where it falls short. In return you get a say in the roadmap and pricing shaped around you.

Product name and email are required. Everything else is optional.
